A contact person that is created in Serviceware Resources can be deleted. The contact person is then no longer available at other places in the application.
Required
- User right 12.1: ‘Allow editing of location information’, for location contact persons
- User right 6.10.1: ‘Contact persons: adding and deleting’, for client contact persons
Deleting the selected contact person
By selecting a contact person from the contact persons overview, the ‘Delete’ button appears on the action bar. By deleting the contact person, it is removed from the database and cannot be brought back.
Attention!
Deleting a contact person is only possible if the contact person is currently not the ‘pinned’ one. The pinnen contact person can be recognized by the
icon on the contact tile.
Attention!
An imported contact person cannot be deleted from within Serviceware Resources. Instead, remove it from the source system. Serviceware Resources will stop showing this contact person then as well.
