The most prominent change in Serviceware Resources version 8.8 is the completely renewed start page of the web application, with a menu from which all functionality is now easier to access.  

Functionally, this version focuses on the further development of our protocol functionality, including the new “Clients in protocol” overview for both contractors and employees. In addition, an important change has been made to the way recurring protocols – after being applied – result in orders for the client, with the aim of offering more flexibility when managing client contact moments and standard protocols.

In the matrix appointment widget, it is now possible to add the appointment that has been made to your personal calendar with one click on the final page. In addition, we have processed a great deal of the feedback received and implemented small improvements.

We would like to draw your special attention to the first version of our AI assistant that has been added to the widget and with which an appointment can be made, Repland or cancelled via chat. This is still a beta version, but we hope you will try out the functionality and share your findings with us!

Finally, this release contains various improvements and fixes, including for the “my registrations” widget and notifications.
